your chimney on the way to work at 5 am, I always lower the window so I
can get a whiff of your BBQ cooking! Now the question -- do
you cook all night? Can I have a quart of the aroma to go?
Yes, we often cook around the clock. Good BBQ takes
a very long time to prepare and there
are no shortcuts. We always start with good meat and cook it s-l-o-w-l-y
at a low temperature.
Sorry, no carry-outs on the mouth-watering aroma, but stop by anytime
and enjoy. If you like the aroma you'll love our Beulah
Land BBQ sauce.

7. Why
use hickory logs?
We've tried everything: apple, pecan, maple, walnut, you name it -- but we think
hickory
is best.
It has a robust zest, burns slowly and produces a great deal of heat.
It is perfect for our open pit method of barbecuing. To us, hickory is the
king of the woods because of the way it enhances just
about any meat, especially pork, ribs, chicken and sausage.
